Study Coach AI provides AI-powered revision tools for GCSE and A-Level students in the United Kingdom, including:

• AI-generated practice exam papers and mark schemes
• AI marking and feedback on student answers
• Revision and study notes
• Flashcards and spaced repetition tools
• Revision planners and progress tracking
• Pre-built shared practice papers

Important: All AI-generated content — including exam papers, notes and marking — is produced by artificial intelligence and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by AQA, Edexcel, OCR, WJEC or any other exam board. Content should be used as a revision aid alongside official resources.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. Users under 16 should have parental or guardian consent.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or allow others to use your subscription.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy AI-generated content at scale
• Share, resell or redistribute generated content commercially
• Use the service to generate content intended to mislead or deceive
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Use automated tools to make excessive API calls to our service

We offer the following plans:

• Free plan — limited monthly usage of core features, no payment required
• Pro Monthly — £4.99/month, unlimited access, cancel any time
• Pro Annual — £39.99/year, unlimited access, cancel any time

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Please see our separate Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

• Pro Monthly: you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you have not made substantial use of Pro features
• Pro Annual: you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you have not made substantial use of Pro features
• Subsequent renewal charges: refunds are not available for charges after the first payment period unless required by law

Content generated by our AI tools is provided for educational revision purposes only. We make no guarantee that AI-generated exam questions, model answers, notes or marking feedback are:

• Identical or equivalent to official exam board content
• Completely accurate or free from errors
• Aligned to the most current version of any specification
• Suitable as the sole revision resource for any examination

We strongly recommend using Study Coach AI alongside official past papers, mark schemes and revision materials from your exam board.

The Study Coach AI platform, branding, code and original content are owned by Study Coach AI. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

AI-generated content produced in response to your prompts may be used freely for your personal revision. You may not sell or commercially distribute AI-generated content from this platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Study Coach AI is not liable for:

• Exam results or academic outcomes
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Loss of data due to technical issues
• Indirect, consequential or special damages

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.

On termination, your access to Pro features ends. Free tier data may be retained for a period before deletion.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
